Your Questions, Answered

  • Currently only to Scotland, England and Wales from the UK.

  • Prints over A4 will be rolled. Ceramics will come in bubble wrap and cardboard.

  • If you receive a parcel that’s been mishandled please email me at hello@emmamake.com with 1-2 photos so I can sort out the situation

  • For all prints it’s better to keep them out of direct sunlight. When you receive your print it will come rolled. Roll it in the opposite direction to flatten.

  • For linen and cotton blend wash at 30 deg celcius and iron on low. For the organic cotton scarves the material is more delicate. Therefore it’s better to dry clean.

  • Only if stated in the product description.

  • All ceramics are dishwasher safe.

  • All ceramics are food safe.

  • All jewels come with a postal guarantee and are insured. If your package is lost or destroyed please contact hello@emmamake.com
